SJTU LEC ISS Application for English Version Receipts

填写说明 Instructions:

1.暑校为中国大陆学生开具发票，对国际学生及中国港澳台地区学生开具英文receipt。SJTU LEC ISS issues Chinese version receipts for students from the Chinese mainland, and provides English version receipts for international students and students from Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan, China.

2.发票申请截止日期为北京时间2026年6月28日17:00。发票信息一经提交不能修改。The deadline for applying for receipts is 17:00 (Beijing Time) on June 28, 2026. Receipt information cannot be modified once submitted.
