同济大学校园参观申请表Tongji Campus Visit Application Form

-如预约成功将有邮件通知，未收到邮件确认的团体无法进校参观。Groups will be notified by email upon successful reservation. Groups that have not received email confirmation will not be granted campus‑visit access.
-校园参观的团体（人数需在10人以上）通过提交该申请表进行申请，个人参观可凭护照直接进入校园参观。Groups applying for campus visits (with a minimum of 10 participants) shall submit this application form. Individual visitors may enter the campus directly for sightseeing by presenting their passports.
-校园参观需提早至少两周进行预约，法定节假日及寒暑假期间不接受团体参观。Campus visits require reservations to be submitted at least two weeks in advance. Group visit applications will not be accepted during statutory public holidays, winter vacation and summer vacation.
-校园参观不收取任何费用，参观内容由我校安排。Campus visits are free of charge. All visit arrangements will be organized by our university.
-请注意，由于天气或学校举行大型活动等原因导致的参观取消我校不承担相应责任。Please note that the University shall not be held liable for visit cancellations caused by weather conditions, major on‑campus events or other related circumstances.
-活动最终解释权归我校。Tongji University reserves the final right of interpretation for this activity.
