After the payment is completed, if a student is unable to attend the course due to personal reasons, they must submit a written refund application to PMI.
b）课程开始前15个工作日前申请退课，违约金为20%，可退返学费5440元。
If you apply to withdraw from the course 15 working days or more before the course starts, the cancellation fee is 20%, and the refundable tuition fee is 5,440 RMB.
c）课程开始前5-15个工作日内申请退课，违约金为50%，可退返学费3400元。
If you apply to withdraw from the course within 5–15 working days before the course starts, the cancellation fee is 50%, and the refundable tuition fee is 3,400 RMB.
d）课程开始前5个工作日内申请退课，违约金为80%，可退返学费1360元。
If you apply to withdraw from the course within 5 working days before the course starts, the cancellation fee is 80%, and the refundable tuition fee is 1,360 RMB.
e）开课当天及之后申请退课，课程费用不予退还。
If you apply to withdraw on the start date or thereafter, the course fee is non-refundable.
2.学员应根据课程安排按时参加培训，并遵循考勤等培训规章制度。AMI的课程需满足90%的出勤率才可以拿到证书。
Participants are required to attend all sessions as scheduled and comply with the attendance and training regulations. A minimum of 90% attendance is mandatory for obtaining the AMI certificate.
3.未经培训师同意，学员不得复制、传播培训中心提供的教材、讲义、PPT等学习资料，也不得在听课过程中擅自使用任何拍摄、录音、录像设备。Course information(PPT, etc.) and trainer's presentations are not allowed to be photographed or video-recorded by camera or cell phone. 4.AMI课程的内容是AMI的知识产权。所有材料和内容仅供学员个人使用。不允许以任何形式公开分享此信息。这包括印刷材料、社交媒体和所有数字平台。如发现此类行为，AMI及AMI深圳培训中心将保留追究法律责任的权力。AMI course content is the intellectual property of AMI.
