The iCEBDA 2026 will be held on December 4–7, 2026, at Xiamen University, China.
If you have registered for the conference and would like us to book a room for you at Hotel Lim on campus, please fill in the following information. Please note that the number of hotel rooms is limited, and all applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. We will send you an email confirming your successful reservation by November 10, 2026.
Completing this form confirms your room request. If the hotel reach full capacity, booking will close. If anything goes wrong with your booking, we'll reach out to you right away.
Please be aware that if you cancel your booking after November 10, the hotel will apply a cancellation fee equivalent to 10% of the total room cost. We will subsequently reach out to inform you of the specific cancellation fee incurred.
