• Completed a PhD degree in a relevant field in the past 10 years, or age ≤40 (≤42 for female candidates)
• Served as the first author or corresponding authors on at least three published papers in high impact optics and photonics journals
• Enthusiastic about periodical work, available to review, solicit and promote journal
• Experienced in organizing academic conferences or soliciting manuscripts for journals will be preferred
