本次团体关系会议参会者身份分为“成员”和“受训顾问"两类。The conference offers two roles for participation: "member" and "consultant in training". 

成员：团体体验参与者，在会议的此时此地中体验团体动力，促进个人觉察、成长和学习。
Member: As participants in the group experience, members learn from studying their own experience of being in the group, in the here-and-now. 

受训顾问：适合希望提升以团体关系视角观察、解读团体动力、练习团体顾问工作能力的成员。参与者将在各自的小组学习中承担顾问角色，并获得资深导师及同伴提供的直接反馈与基于角色的分析。分为初级和高级。
Consultant in Training: The conference offers a consultantintraining track for practitioners seeking to build capacity to observe and intervene from a GroupRelations stance. Participants take up consulting roles within their Small Study Groups and receive direct feedback and rolebased analysis from senior staff and peers. Two levels are available: Basic and Advanced.
